Saab Technologies Australia creates and supports operational systems for our customers. Systems Engineering, the engineering management process that evolves and verifies integrated, lifecycle balanced system solutions to satisfy customer needs, is therefore the key competence of the company.

As the majority of our systems are software intensive, the company has an impressive Software Engineering capacity, from real-time Command and Control Systems to information and message based Command Support Systems for both defence and security applications.

Internal and external training programs, together with a Research and Development program, focus on further development of competencies, technology and products in collaboration with the Saab group, and through a strategic alliance between Saab and the Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO).
