Gunilla Fransson

Gunilla has worked in the IT industry for 23 years and has extensive international experience. She took up the position as the President and Managing Director of Saab Security in 2008.

Rear Admiral (retired) Brian Adams AO
President/Managing Director
Brian was an amphibious warfare specialist in the Royal Australian Navy and completed a term as the Deputy Chief of Navy. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Brigadier (retired) Gary Bornholt AM CSC
Director
Gary’s career in the Australian Army included terms as Australian Defence Attaché at the United Nations and Military Attaché at the Australian Embassy in Washington. He was also National Commander of Australia’s contribution to the War on Terrorism.

Lars Tossman
Director
Lars has been with Saab since 1986. He holds an MSc degree and has served in management and marketing roles including as President of Saab Underwater Systems. He is now Head of Global Markets.

Micael Johansson
Director
Micael is the Head of the Electronic Defence Systems business area of Saab. He has an avionics, radar and electronic warfare background and has held several managerial positions including as President of Saab Avitronics.

Michael Andersson
Director
Michael has been with Saab since 1983. His background is primarily with commercial aircraft programs where he has been President of Saab Aircraft. He is currently the Deputy Head of the Support and Services business area based in Washington DC.

Alex Magraith
Staff Representative
With over 9 years involvement with Saab, Alex was elected as Staff Representative to the Board in September 2010. This unique, voluntary position is used to improve the flow of information between the workforce and the Board.

Geoffrey Dewick

Geoffrey is primarily the company’s Commercial Director and is also a member of the ANZAC Ship Alliance Board.
